You are going to get married soon? Congratulations! The next weeks and months will certainly be characterized by many to-dos and tasks. Six months until the wedding

Four weeks before the wedding
About a month before the wedding a dentist appointment should be on your beauty list. This can remove tartar and discoloration if necessary.
You can also use special beauty teas to help your body detoxify. Beauty foods such as berries or nuts have antioxidant agents and support the cleansing of the body. You can integrate these more into your diet from now on.
Two weeks before the wedding
Now you should turn to your facial treatment to give your complexion a beautiful glow for the wedding. LED treatments are especially recommended to smooth the skin and make it glow. The red light stimulates blood circulation, blue light fights bacteria, while yellow light stimulates collagen and elastin production.

A week before the wedding
