What is the 30-second rule?
In order for the morning shower to give you the desired portion of energy, you must proceed as follows:
- First follow your usual shower routine with your favourite shampoo and water temperature of your choice
- The last 90 seconds of your shower should be as follows: Set the water temperature control to the coldest temperature you can tolerate and shower for 30 seconds
- Repeat the same procedure with the hottest setting you can stand.
- And because it was so nice, you then allow yourself another 30 seconds in freezing temperatures.
- Finally, take another shower under normal temperature water.
- Attention: You should not catch a cold or get burned! Please listen to your body when choosing the temperature and don’t risk any health consequences!
