1. Too little exercise
It is a tiresome topic for many, but it is not for nothing that doctors and researchers advise us to exercise regularly. Especially in the cold season, it is difficult to swap a couch or bed for a visit to the gym. But you should always be aware of this: If you sit still for more than 30 minutes, your metabolism is reduced by up to 90 percent! This accelerates the body’s aging process. That’s why we should get up the courage to take an extensive walk at least every other day to get our metabolism going. Alternatively, you can of course take the training program home: sit-ups, knee bends and push-ups in front of the TV also count.
2. The wrong skin care
Those in their early 20s often do not want to think about optimal skin care yet. After all, the skin is still plump, the wrinkles can be taken care of when they are there. What a fallacy! Once wrinkles, age spots and the like are there, they can only be minimized or concealed, but they are guaranteed not to be completely removed naturally. Therefore, preventive measures should be taken right from the start – and this is where sun protection and proper care help, among other things.
3. Wrong posture
Whether typing on the cell phone, playing with the children or sitting on the office chair: we are constantly in a bent, stooped and above all unhealthy posture. In the long run, this will eventually lead to pain, as this posture can cause serious damage to the back. Anyone who is aware of their bad posture should try to prevent it carefully. Another possibility is a visit to a back school or physiotherapy to get individual tips from an expert.
4. The nutrition
“True beauty comes from within” – for many, this is just a stupid saying. However, our skin texture shows us again and again that a balanced diet is really important! Many women have probably noticed that they get more pimples in phases when they have eaten a lot of sweets and little healthy food. In the long run, the body does not forgive you regular nutritional sins. Therefore it is important to take all essential vitamins and nutrients in order not only to live youth but also to radiate it.
