The Most Beautiful Nail Polish Trend for The Winter!

White nail polish? It’s so hot! We’ll tell you all about the winter trend and how to apply it correctly.

Red nails with golden glitter or small snowflakes? Not with us! This winter we wear a different colour on our fingernails – and it is anything but cheesy!

White nail polish: How to wear the trend

The colour of winter is white and that is exactly the tone we wear on our fingernails this winter. YAY! Whoever thought that white fingernails only fit in summer and with tanned skin is absolutely wrong. Because white is not just white. There are also different tones and intensities.

You can wear the trend lacquer for example as a sheer variant, which is not 100 percent opaque. This makes the colour look more delicate and discreet; the nails simply look well-groomed. And who wouldn’t want that?! If you want it to be especially festive and wintery, choose a white lacquer with shimmer or glitter. We only say snowflake vibes!

If you don’t want to limit yourself to white only, you can varnish a few nails, for example in silver or pink – both harmonize perfectly with the bright white and give your fingernails a very special look. If you prefer a uniform look, you can of course also apply a covering white lacquer – no frills and such like.

Opacity on Point

With white nail polish, we often have the problem that it cannot be applied opaque, but rather streaks. This is because we often have too much paint on the brush. Sometimes it seems as if a lot of paint on the brush also means a lot of opacity … But this is not so. Instead, take a small amount of paint, brush from the cuticle down the middle and fill the sides. With light colours one layer is often not enough – so let the colour dry for a short time and then apply another layer of varnish. Then another layer of varnish and you are ready to go.

By the way the best thing about white nail polish is that it does not leave any discoloration on the fingernails when we remove it. But with red, black, and so on, it can happen very quickly…
