Removing pimples simply explained. So you save the expensive facial cleansing at the beautician – e.g. with a comedone squeezer. Learn here how it works!
Everybody knows annoying visitors like pimples, blackheads and the like. Most of the time they appear when you least need them – but let’s be honest, when is blemished skin desirable ?! Often they come secretly overnight. Unfortunately, the age of those affected does not play a role, because blackheads, pimples, acne and the like can appear in anyone. It doesn’t matter whether you are in puberty or already 30 years old or older.
One thing is definitely inevitable: If the blackheads and pimples appear on your face, you quickly feel uncomfortable. You constantly have the feeling that everyone is looking at you for that only. A really sore feeling! That’s why we want to remove the pimples quickly and easily.
Squeeze pimples? – No way!
You would love to squeeze the pimple and remove the blackheads – always hoping that the blemished skin will naturally disappear again the next morning. Although this sounds tempting, it can also quickly result in scars, which no one really wants to have for the rest of their life. Not only that, but unwanted pimple marks can appear because the wound of the pimple may not close. In addition, there may be dirt under your fingernails, which can inflame the pimple. Then it is better to leave pimples, blackheads, acne and co. alone and let the blemished skin heal in peace.
According to dermatologists, it can take a few days or even a few weeks for blemishes to disappear completely. Nevertheless, there are some things you can do to remove pimples quickly and easily and to directly prevent impurities on the face.
Peeling? – No, thanks!
Peeling has many important tasks, among other things, it refines the pores, removes old skin flakes and gets rid of skin impurities. It definitely makes the skin glow again. However, you shouldn’t use it to remove pimples and get rid of annoying blackheads and pores, because it spreads bacteria in the skin and can cause inflammation – and no one really wants that.
Instead, we recommend using a gentle cleansing foam or gel or a gel to use. This cleanses and clarifies the skin gently and pore-deep without irritating it unnecessarily. It also generally counteracts the development of skin impurities and inflammations.
Clean makeup brush
Many people forget to clean their make-up brushes to clean, but this is especially important for your skin. After all, dead skin cells and bacteria collect in it – and we keep spreading them all over our skin as long as the brush is not clean. Skin impurities such as pimples and blackheads as well as clogged pores are often the result.
Simply clean the brush under warm water and if necessary with some baby shampoo let it act for a short time and rinse it out. To dry, simply place the brush on a towel.
Sleep a lot and drink water
Sleeping and drinking are the be-all and end-all for the body. Only those who get enough sleep and drink water have a positive effect on their skin. So next time, reach for water instead of an energy drink or coffee.
Stress? Goodbye
Don’t let your work or everyday life stress you out. Stress only unnecessarily promotes the development of impurities such as pimples, blackheads and so on. For example, approach a problem differently, try to deal with it more easily and change it, so you will also avoid new pimples and excessive production of sebum.
When your pimple hurts
If your pimples are inflamed in the meantime and hurt a lot, use zinc ointment or hydrocortisone cream. These soothe the inflammation and help to heal the nasty pimples. Alternatively, cold weather helps, because it takes away the pain and reduces the inflammation.
On the other hand, do you want the formation of excess sebum to decrease, the pores of your skin to open and the inflammation on your face to surface? Then, for example, a chamomile steam bath will help you . With regular use, you can also try to avoid acne.
Removing pimples doesn’t have to be difficult, you just need to know what your skin needs and what you shouldn’t do, also to avoid inflammation.
