Abdomen and waist should be distinguished very well. When measuring the circumference, it is necessary to take measurements from the narrowest place for the waist and the thickest place for the abdomen.
Waist Circumference is a Problem for Everyone
A poor diet and sedentary life cause fat in both the abdomen and lumbar region. In general, the fat layer in the waist region, which we call side abdominal region, creates problems especially aesthetically.
As in the abdomen or belly, there is never a special and magical diet to thin the waist. The only rule is to feed enough and balanced. Eating less than the body needs, performing aerobic endurance and muscular endurance exercises for that area helps to recover.
Do This Exercise!
Stick training for the waist area is a nice solution;
- Sit upright.
- Put a rolling pin on your shoulder. (If you don’t have a rolling pin, put your hands on your neck)
- Hold it at an angle greater than 90 degrees.
- Breathe and exhale with movement.
- Do not close your eyes to avoid dizziness during movement.
- Continue movement for 1, 2 minutes.
This exercise facilitates the dissolution of fat around the waist and prevents sagging when supported by sports such as walking and swimming.
