How often should you change the bed sheets?
In our bed it is nice and cozy warm and we also lose an average of 1.5 liters of moisture during the night. This damp-warm climate thanks to sweat, together with skin scales and hair, provides an ideal breeding ground for bacteria, fungi and mites. Regularly changing the covers is therefore important to maintain the feel-good factor.
How often you change your bed linen and sheets depends on your sleeping habits. For a healthy and mite-free sleep, you should generally change your bed linen every two to three weeks. If you sweat a lot or have had a cold, we recommend changing your sheets every week.
Clean Properly
Not only the change of bed linen is important to get rid of bacteria, but especially the correct washing of bed linen. Which washing temperature is optimal for your bedding depends on the material.
