Flower Nails: In Summer We Wear Flowers on The Nails

The flower print has long enchanted us with clothes etc.. Now the summery pattern is also moving onto our nails – we’ll tell you how here.

Hardly any other pattern exudes a summery feeling as quickly as flowers. So it’s no wonder that we wear them up and down on dresses, shorts and skirts. But now new: The flower trend has also crept onto our fingernails. So-called flower nails are the summer trend 2021.

The beauty: There are many different ways to bring flowers on our nails. From romantic, to modern to real flowers (yes, you heard right), the trend is versatile applicable. We show you what you should pay attention to.

Romantic Flower Nails

If you like it filigree and romantic, you can use this variant. But be careful: A little fingertip feeling is also required here, because the little flowers are applied to the nail with a delicate brush or a toothpick. But before you start, you need a good base. For this, it is best to apply a first layer of clear or nude polish on the nail. After everything has dried, you can highlight one part of the nail with a colored polish. This makes the petals stand out particularly well. You can see how best to apply the flowers in the video.

Discreet Flower Nails

Would you prefer something more inconspicuous? Then embellish only one or two nails with a flower design, the rest of the nails you can paint as usual in one color.

Real Flowers on The Nails? This is How it Works!

No joke: You can also decorate your nails with real flowers. To do this, collect two or three small flowers on your next walk and place them in a book to dry so that they are nicely flattened. The drying process takes a few days. To begin with, apply a base to the nails as usual and carefully place the flowers on top. It looks more noble if you decorate only two or three nails with the pretty plants. After that, a transparent polish is applied to fix the nails – done.

Hopefully, you would have solved type of your worry with this post “what kind of nail polish should I apply this summer?”.
