Wash hair with baking soda in 4 steps
- First comb or brush the hair well. This removes styling residues and stimulates the blood circulation.
- Now pour the baking soda into a cup and mix it with the water to a pulp. The baking soda does not dissolve? Never mind!
- Now apply the baking soda paste with your fingers to the scalp and along the contours and massage it in. Be sure to leave out the lengths. If necessary, add a little water again and again.
- Then rinse your hair well with water.
Extra tip: Finally, give your hair a rinse with apple vinegar. Reason: Soda is slightly alkaline and has a pH value of 8. An acidic rinse brings the scalp back into balance and makes the hair shine.
