Meghan is officially no longer an active member of the British Royal Family. The royal protocol prescribes various rules of dress and make-up that she always had to follow – but not anymore. Meghan can now wear anything…
Bold Lips
Get out the red lipstick, Meghan. Because the Duchess can finally wear it now. While the British royal family likes to see subtle, neutral colors on her lips, Meghan could really let off steam now. Red and pink shades are now super beautiful in spring, but a strong dark red in the evening or a rosewood lipstick is always a good idea. Meghan’s make-up artist Daniel Martin once revealed that Meghan never wears red lipstick because it always looks so unattractive. Who knows, maybe she’ll give the iconic color another chance now?
Colored eye make-up
No matter where we saw Meghan, her eye make-up always looked the same. There’s nothing wrong with that, but we can imagine that the Duchess would like to add a little more colour every now and then. Currently, strong colours like blue, dark green or red are very popular, but also pastel shades. And even if it were only a coloured eyeliner that Meghan wears – nobody can forbid her to wear it now …
Glowy Skin
Surely you all have had a desire for a glowing Glowy Look, which just looks fresh and summery. When we look at photos of Meghan and Kate, the royal make-up looks more like matte glowy. That is of course mega pretty, no question. But now Meghan can also jump on trends like Glass Skin and Strobing. We bet that she would like it a lot.
Bright nail polish
The Queen loves her pastel shades – especially on her fingernails. Although we have seen Meghan with black fingernails at public events, Meghan Markle never dared to use bright colours on her nails. Now Prince Harry’s wife is allowed to leave the comfort zone, that is: she may even wear her nails long, almond-shaped or square. Admittedly, that might not be very practical with a small child, but it’s all about principle. Meghan can now also let off steam with colours – whether black, red, blue or metallic colours. By the way, in spring we love peach shades – they look so pretty. How about you, Meghan?
