Many people want to exercise their brain regularly, but complain about not having the time or budget for it. If you’re one of them, take a look at the list of little things you can do every day.
1. Get a creative hobby
Doing something every day will help you learn more without realizing it. Knitting, running, reading music are some examples of fun and inexpensive hobbies and are very useful for training your brain.
2. Follow the news on the internet or read the newspaper
Checking current events will help you become more aware of the world and the society you live in. It is also useful for forming educated and well-formed opinions to discuss with others later.
3. Start creating to-do lists
Create different documents in which you list your long-term and short-term goals. This is useful in setting your priorities and is the first realistic step you can take to reach your goals.

Most people claim to have no time to read, but they actually have many options; On the road from work to home, in the lunch break or in the evening, you can spend time reading instead of surfing the internet. 7. Find answers to your questions

Take the topic you already have an idea about and try to look at it the other way around. This will allow you to be more open-minded and inquisitive, and to be able to think about everyday events outside the general.
10. List the things you need to stop doing
Focus on what you postpone every day for a week and try to write down the results. Watch what you are doing instead of the things you put off, or things that seem prosaic when you do. This will make it clear that you will get rid of your bad habits and what you need to give up, and therefore will enable you to live your days more efficiently.

You are surrounded by interesting people, even though you may not be aware of it; From family members to your boss and friends… People often learn more from others.

Youtube is full of educational videos on many topics, why not take advantage of it? Instead of wasting time with popular videos, enter video research that will add new information and hardware to you. There is no end to learning and it would only be your shame not to take advantage of the endless resources at your disposal.
14. Do something scary
People who fear getting out of their comfort zone limit themselves. Get eager to have a new experience every day, from speaking in public to trying a meal you’ve never tasted. The small steps will get you running after a while and will prove that you can achieve anything you want.
